Missouri High School Soccer - Chrisman toppled by Van Horn
April 30, 2025: Independence, MO 64053 Van Horn Falcons (Independence, MO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Chrisman Bears (Independence, MO), 10-3 in a league test.
With the triumph, Van Horn moves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 9-3.
The Bears now sport a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Platte County for a Class 3 District 8 test on Thursday, May 1. Chrisman will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Truman (Independence, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 12-1.
