The Southern Lehigh Spartans baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Salisbury Township Falcons to 4 in the Spartans league win on Wednesday.

The Spartans now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saucon Valley for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 1. Southern Lehigh will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-3.

The Falcons (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Palisades (Kintnersville, PA). The Pirates enter the non-league outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Palisades was overwhelmed by Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA), 12-2, in a non-league test.
