April 30, 2025: Georgetown, DE 19947 The Dover Senators lacrosse team (Dover, DE), was overwhelmed 7-3 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Sussex Academy Seahawks (Georgetown, DE)
With the victory, Sussex Academy advances its record to 7-4 on the season. The Seahawks host Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE) to encounter the Raiders in a Henlopen South battle on Friday, May 9. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 1-10.
The Senators now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Polytech for a Henlopen North battle on Friday, May 2. Dover will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Panthers record now stands at 4-7.
