California High School Lacrosse - La Jolla can't hold off Granite Hills
April 30, 2025: La Jolla, CA 92037 Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the host La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA), 6-5 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Granite Hills advances its record to 12-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Grossmont (El Cajon, CA) to play the Foothillers in a Grossmont game on Thursday, May 1. The Foothillers come into the game with a record of 0-5.
The Vikings now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cathedral Catholic for a Western game on Friday, May 2. La Jolla will play a Dons team coming off a 21-0 league win over Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA). The Dons record now stands at 15-4.
