The Medway Mustangs triumphed over the visiting Ashland Clockers softball squad by a count of 16-2 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Holliston Panthers (Holliston, MA) in a Tri-Valley game, on Friday, May 2. Medway will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 2-7 record after their 8-7 league loss to Medfield (Medfield, MA).

The Clockers now hold a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Fitchburg for a non-league game on Thursday, May 1. Ashland will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 17-5 league win over North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 3-7.
