The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA) and the visiting Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA), observed Indiana's softball team get by Highlands by a tally of 9-2.

The Little Indians (8-9) will now prepare for their bout against Derry (Derry, PA). The Trojans go into the WPIAL 4A 1 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Derry was routed by Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA), 9-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Golden Rams clash with the West Shamokin Wolves (Rural Valley, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 8. Highlands will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record.
