LaBrae Vikings (Leavittsburg, OH) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH), 13-3 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, LaBrae improves its record to 17-2 on the year. The Vikings host Crestview (Columbiana, OH) to play the Rebels in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Grey game on Monday, May 5. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 11-8. Crestview won 5-4 in their recent league game against Newton Falls (Newton Falls, OH)

The Blue Devils now hold a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Memorial for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet game on Thursday, May 1. McDonald will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH). The Red Devils record now stands at 9-8.
