Kentucky High School Softball - Moore bounces Southern
April 30, 2025: Louisville, KY 40219 The Moore Mustangs (Louisville, KY) softball routed the host Southern Trojans (Louisville, KY), 27-10 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shawnee for a non-league outing on Monday, May 5. Moore will encounter a Golden Eagles team coming off a 23-2 league loss to Central (Louisville, KY). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Southern moves to 0-13 on the season. The Trojans host Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY) to encounter the Cougars in a District 23 outing on Wednesday, May 7. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 6-14. Bullitt Central lost 15-0 in their recent league outing against North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY)
