The Muncie Central Bearcats softball squad (Muncie, IN), was routed 22-2 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Union City Indians (Union City, IN)

With the triumph, Union City improves its record to 4-6 on the year. The Indians travel to South Adams (Berne, IN) to face the Starfires in a non-league contest on Thursday, May 1. The Starfires enter the contest with a record of 9-2. South Adams lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Heritage (Monroeville, IN)
