Massachusetts High School Softball - Oxford bounces Southbridge
April 30, 2025: Oxford, MA 01540 The Oxford Pirates softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Southbridge Pioneers to 0 in the Pirates non-league win on Wednesday.
The Pirates now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shepherd Hill Regional for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1. Oxford will confront a Rams team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Rams record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Southbridge moves to 0-4 on the season. The Pioneers host Auburn (Auburn, MA) to confront the Rockets in a non-league battle on Monday, May 5. The Rockets come into the battle with a record of 4-3.
