The Saint Viator Lions prevailed the visiting Lake Forest Academy Caxys volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Lions now have a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benet Academy for a East Suburban Catholic test on Tuesday, May 2. Saint Viator will confront a Redwings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Redwings record now stands at 14-10.

The Caxys (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Latin (Chicago, IL). The Romans enter the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Latin gained a win over Ridgewood (Norridge, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
