May 1, 2023: Lake Forest, IL 60045 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) and the visiting Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL), saw Lake Forest's lacrosse team top Glenbrook North by a margin of 16-4.
The Scouts (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Blue Devils enter the North Suburban challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Warren Township beat Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 10-1, in a non-league challenge.
The Spartans (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Maine South (Park Ridge, IL). The Hawks enter the Central Suburban challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Maine South beat Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 9-2, in a non-league challenge.
