May 1, 2023: Riverside, IL 60546 The Lyons Lions triumphed over the host Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs lacrosse team by a score of 20-2 in Monday's non-league match.
With the win, Lyons upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Lions host Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL) to play the Hilltoppers in a West Suburban match on Tuesday, May 2. The Hilltoppers go into the match with a record of 13-3. Glenbard West won 16-4 in their recent non-league match against Mukwonago (Mukwonago, WI)
With the defeat, Riverside-Brookfield drops to 3-10 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL) to play the Knights in a non-league match on Thursday, May 4. The Knights go into the match with a record of 9-2. IC Catholic Prep lost 13-5 in their recent non-league match against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL)
