Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - North Catholic drops to Mars
May 1, 2023: Mars, PA 16046 Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA), 19-4 in a league battle.
The Fightin' Planets now own a 14-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shaler Area for a WPIAL 2A 2 battle on Wednesday, May 3. Mars will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 9-5 league loss to Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Titans record now stands at 10-3.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 2 battle, on Monday, May 8. North Catholic will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 10-4 record after their 18-1 league loss to Mars (Mars, PA).
