Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Shrewsbury drops to Tantasqua Regional
May 1, 2023: Shrewsbury, MA 01545 In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Tantasqua Regional Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-6 victory over the Shrewsbury Colonials.
The Warriors now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Auburn for a Mid Mass test on Wednesday, May 3. Tantasqua Regional will face a Rockets squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 7-4.
In their next game, the Colonials clash with the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett A battle, on Thursday, May 4. Shrewsbury will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Mountaineers come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 18-4 league loss to Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA).
