May 1, 2023: Leon, KS 67074 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Bluestem Lions (Leon, KS) and the visiting Cherryvale Chargers (Cherryvale, KS), witnessed Bluestem's softball squad prevail over Cherryvale by a count of 15-0.
The Lions now sport a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Olpe for a non-league match on Monday, May 8. Bluestem will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Jackson Heights (Holton, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 1-10.
