Ohio High School Baseball - Mathews loses to Bristol
May 1, 2024: Bristolville, OH 44402 The Bristol Panthers crushed the visiting Mathews Mustangs baseball team by a count of 14-3 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pymatuning Valley for a Northeastern Athletic- Stripes bout on Thursday, May 2. Bristol will face a Lakers team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Grand Valley (Orwell, OH). The Lakers record now stands at 9-6.
Next, the Mustangs face the Windham Bombers (Windham, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 2. Mathews will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Bombers enter the bout with a 4-9 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Badger (Kinsman, OH).
