Virginia High School Baseball - Millbrook gets by Skyline
May 1, 2024: Winchester, VA 22603 Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Millbrook Pioneers (Winchester, VA) and the visiting Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA), saw Millbrook's baseball squad knock off Skyline by a count of 4-1.
Coming up next, the Pioneers play the Liberty Eagles (Bealeton, VA) in a Northwestern battle, on Tuesday, May 7. Millbrook will attempt to move on its 4-12 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 6-9 record after their 16-1 league win over Manassas Park (Manassas Park, VA).
The Hawks now possess a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Central Woodstock for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 2. Skyline will play a Falcons squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-10.
