May 1, 2024: Parkersburg, WV 26101 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Parkersburg South Patriots (Parkersburg, WV) and the visiting Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV), saw Parkersburg South's baseball squad knock off Linsly by a count of 8-4.
Coming up next, the Patriots play the Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 2. Parkersburg South will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Highlanders enter the battle with a 5-14 record after their 10-6 league loss to Hurricane (Hurricane, WV).
