Illinois High School Lacrosse - Mundelein drops to Lake Zurich
May 1, 2024: Lake Zurich, IL 60047 Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL), 12-1 in a league battle.
The Bears now own a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cary-Grove for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 4. Lake Zurich will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 11-0.
With the defeat, Mundelein drops to 2-7 on the season. The Mustangs host Highland Park (Highland Park, IL) to battle the Giants in a non-league outing on Monday, May 6. The Giants go into the outing with a record of 1-3.
