Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA), 10-8 in a non-league battle.

The Captains now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 7. Loudoun County will clash with a Pride squad coming off a 18-14 non-league win over Tuscarora (Frederick, MD). The Pride record now stands at 2-9.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 3. Woodgrove will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 11-10 league win over Heritage (Leesburg, VA).
