In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), by a margin of 10-0.

With the triumph, Alhambra moves its record to 9-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA) to play the Ugly Eagles in a Diablo - Foothill contest on Thursday, May 2. The Ugly Eagles come into the contest with a record of 7-11. Clayton Valley Charter lost 6-2 in their recent league contest against College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA)
