Kentucky High School Softball - Atherton gets by DuPont Manual
May 1, 2024: Louisville, KY 40205 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) and the visiting DuPont Manual Crimsons (Louisville, KY), witnessed Atherton's softball squad tip DuPont Manual by a count of 3-2.
The Ravens now sport a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Mercy for a non-league match on Thursday, May 2. Atherton will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Jaguars record now stands at 13-13.
With the loss, DuPont Manual moves to 12-11 on the season. The Crimsons host South Oldham (Crestwood, KY) to meet the Dragons in a non-league match on Monday, May 6. The Dragons go into the match with a record of 12-8. South Oldham won 11-7 in their recent non-league match against Simon Kenton (Independence, KY)
