May 1, 2024: Bayonne, NJ 07002 Bayonne Bees (Bayonne, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Kearny Kardinals (Kearny, NJ), 9-5 in a league challenge.
The Bees now own a 17-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Columbia for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2.
With the loss, Kearny falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Kardinals travel to Rahway (Rahway, NJ) to battle the Indians in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 6-7. Rahway lost 6-2 in their recent league game against Oak Knoll (Summit, NJ)
