New York High School Softball - Boquet Valley bounces Indian Lake Central
May 1, 2024: Indian Lake, NY 12842 Boquet Valley Griffins (Elizabethtown, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Indian Lake Central Indians (Indian Lake, NY), 27-18 in a league challenge.
The Griffins now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Johnsburg Central for a Section 7 Mountain Valley challenge on Friday, May 3. Boquet Valley will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 13-9 league loss to Lake Placid (Lake Placid, NY). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Indian Lake Central falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Indians host Crown Point (Crown Point, NY) to face the Panthers in a Section 7 Mountain Valley challenge on Friday, May 3. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Crown Point won 8-1 in their recent league challenge against Chazy (Chazy, NY)
