Maryland High School Softball - Clarksburg bounces Rockville
May 1, 2024: Clarksburg, MD 21216 The Clarksburg Coyotes routed the visiting Rockville Rams softball squad by a count of 22-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Coyotes (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Wolverines go into the non-league battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Watkins Mill was routed by Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD), 14-4, in a non-league battle.
The Rams now sport a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Richard Montgomery for a non-league battle on Monday, May 6. Rockville will meet a Rockets squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Poolesville (Poolesville, MD). The Rockets record now stands at 11-6.
