Connecticut High School Softball - Conard bounces Manchester
May 1, 2024: Manchester, CT 06040 Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT), 11-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Wolves now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host New Britain for a Central Connecticut - West challenge on Friday, May 3. Conard will battle a Golden Hurricanes squad coming off a 26-7 non-league loss to East Catholic (Manchester, CT). The Golden Hurricanes record now stands at 2-11.
With the loss, Manchester falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Red hawks travel to Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT) to battle the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 7-4. Lewis Mills lost 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against East Hartford (East Hartford, CT)
