May 1, 2024: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 The Ridgefield Park Scarlets routed the visiting Mahwah Thunderbirds softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Scarlets (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ). The Cutters go into the non-league battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Fair Lawn was routed by Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ), 5-4, in a league battle.
The Thunderbirds now possess a 0-14 record. They play next when they host Ramsey for a Big North - Patriot battle on Friday, May 3. Mahwah will meet a Rams squad coming off a 17-10 non-league win over St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 13-1.
