May 1, 2024: Trenton, NJ 08609 West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights (Plainsboro, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Trenton Central Tornadoes (Trenton, NJ), 18-6 in a league challenge.
The Knights now own a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colonia for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. West Windsor-Plainsboro North will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 17-12 league loss to Sayreville (Parlin, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 11-8.
With the loss, Trenton Central falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Palmyra (Palmyra, NJ) to battle the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 6-6. Palmyra won 11-7 in their recent league challenge against Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ)
