The Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights baseball squad (Tyler, MN), was overwhelmed 17-2 in Thursday's league contest with the host Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN)

With the triumph, Murray County Central moves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Rebels host Minneota (Minneota, MN) to confront the Vikings in a non-league contest on Friday, May 2. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 4-3.

The Knights now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Adrian/Ellsworth for a contest on Monday, May 5.
