The Eastern Montgomery Mustangs (Elliston, VA) softball routed the visiting Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA), 26-9 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Radford for a non-league outing on Monday, May 5. Eastern Montgomery will encounter a Bobcats team coming off a 20-11 non-league loss to Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-6.
