May 1, 2025: Okemos, MI 48864 The Okemos Wolves triumphed over the visiting Lansing Catholic Cougars lacrosse team by a tally of 12-6 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Wolves play the East Grand Rapids Pioneers (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Division 2 District 5 game, on Saturday, May 3. Okemos will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Pioneers come into the game with a 8-2 record after their 17-4 league win over Catholic Central (Grand Rapids, MI).
The Cougars (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Mattawan (Mattawan, MI). The Wildcats come into the non-league game with a 11-1 record. In their last game, Mattawan tipped Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI), 28-1, in a non-league game.
