In Thursday's league test, the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) lacrosse team edged the visiting Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT), by a count of 7-6.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT) in a Shoreline test, on Tuesday, May 6. Old Lyme will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Rams enter the test with a 7-3 record after their 16-15 non-league loss to St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT).

The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Morgan (Clinton, CT). The Huskies enter the Shoreline test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Morgan got by Branford (Branford, CT), 12-10, in a non-league test.
