New Jersey High School Softball - Morris Knolls bounces Cedar Grove
May 1, 2025: Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 The Morris Knolls Golden Eagles softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Cedar Grove Panthers to 5 in the Golden Eagles non-league win on Thursday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanover Park for a non-league battle on Friday, May 2. Morris Knolls will confront a Hornets team coming off a 13-0 league win over Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Cedar Grove moves to 13-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Belleville (Belleville, NJ) to confront the Buccaneers in a non-league battle on Friday, May 2. The Buccaneers come into the battle with a record of 5-8. Belleville won 10-5 in their recent non-league battle against Millburn (Millburn, NJ)
