The Wagner Red Raiders held off the visiting Parkston Trojans softball team by a final score of 6-5 in Thursday's league match.

The Red Raiders (5-11) will now prepare for their match against Flandreau (Flandreau, SD). The Fliers go into the non-league match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, Flandreau was nipped by Deuel (Clear Lake, SD), 4-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Scotland/Menno Trappers (Menno, SD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 3. Parkston will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record.
