Randolph Ghosts (Randolph, VT) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Spaulding Crimson Tide (Barre, VT), 15-4 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Randolph upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Ghosts travel to Lake Region (Orleans, VT) to play the Rangers in a non-league game on Saturday, May 2. The Rangers enter the game with a record of 3-2. Lake Region won 11-5 in their recent non-league game against North Country Union (Newport, VT)

The Crimson Tide now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Vergennes for a Metro game on Saturday, May 2. Spaulding will play a Commodores squad coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT). The Commodores record now stands at 0-2.
