The Valley View Cougars baseball team (Archbald, PA), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Monday's non-league outing with the host North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA)

The Trojans now hold a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Delaware Valley for a Lackawanna 2 outing on Wednesday, May 4. North Pocono will confront a Warriors team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-7.

Next, the Cougars confront the West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA) in a Lackawanna 1 outing, on Wednesday, May 4. Valley View will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Invaders go into the outing with a 3-9 record after their 16-8 non-league loss to Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA).
