The Southern Choctaw Indians nipped the host Millry Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Indians (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Sweet Water (Sweet Water, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 20-11 record. In their last battle, Sweet Water held off Linden (Linden, AL), 20-2, in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now possess a 20-14 record. They play next when they travel to Choctaw County for a non-league battle on Monday, May 2. Millry will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 21-6 non-league loss to Fruitdale (Fruitdale, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-11.
