Indiana High School Baseball - Barr-Reeve gets by South Knox
May 2, 2023: Vincennes, IN 47591 Barr-Reeve Vikings (Montgomery, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host South Knox Spartans (Vincennes, IN), 4-1 in a league test.
With the win, Barr-Reeve upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Linton-Stockton (Linton, IN) to battle the Miners in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 3. The Miners come into the test with a record of 8-8. Linton-Stockton lost 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN)
With the defeat, South Knox falls to 13-4 on the season. The Spartans host Shoals (Shoals, IN) to battle the Jug Rox in a Blue Chip test on Friday, May 5. The Jug Rox come into the test with a record of 2-12. Shoals lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Dugger Union (Dugger, IN)
