May 2, 2023: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Proviso West Panthers (Hillside, IL), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Hilltoppers clash with the Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, May 4. Glenbard West will attempt to advance on its 24-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 21-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Evanston (Evanston, IL).
With the defeat, Proviso West falls to 5-14 on the season. The Panthers travel to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL) to meet the Rams in a non-league game on Saturday, May 6. The Rams enter the game with a record of 9-12. DePaul College Prep won 2-1 in their recent league game against Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL)
