Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Baldwin drops to Hempfield Area

May 2, 2023: Greensburg, PA 15601

In Tuesday's league test, the host Hempfield Area Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 24-1 victory over the Baldwin Highlanders.

The Spartans now have a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Peters Township for a WPIAL 3A 1 test on Friday, May 5. Hempfield Area will face a Indians squad coming off a 14-12 league win over Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Indians record now stands at 13-3.

In their next game, the Highlanders face the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 1 test, on Friday, May 5. Baldwin will attempt to move on its 0-12 season record. The Blue Devils come into the test with a 10-5 record after their 19-3 league win over Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA).
