Washington High School Baseball - Bellingham loses to Anacortes
May 2, 2024: Anacortes, WA 98221 The Anacortes Seahawks crushed the visiting Bellingham Bayhawks baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Seahawks now possess a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sedro-Woolley for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Saturday, May 4. Anacortes will face a Cubs team coming off a 1-0 league win over Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Cubs record now stands at 12-5.
Next, the Bayhawks face the Lakewood Cougars (Arlington, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout, on Saturday, May 4. Bellingham will attempt to move on its 9-12 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 6-13 record after their 1-0 league loss to Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA).
