Crean Lutheran Saints (Irvine, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Paloma Valley Wildcats (Menifee, CA), 9-8 in a non-league outing.

The Saints now hold a 16-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Citrus Valley for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 7. Crean Lutheran will face a Blackhawks team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Warren (Downey, CA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 17-9.
