May 2, 2025: Clear Spring, MD 21722 The Mountain Ridge Miners baseball squad (Frostburg, MD), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Clear Spring Blazers (Clear Spring, MD)
With the triumph, Clear Spring moves its record to 15-3 on the season. The Blazers travel to Brunswick (Brunswick, MD) to confront the Railroaders in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 6. The Railroaders come into the contest with a record of 12-4. Brunswick won 9-4 in their recent league contest against Catoctin (Thurmont, MD)
The Miners now possess a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Hill for a Cumberland Valley contest on Monday, May 5. Mountain Ridge will confront a Sentinels squad coming off a 16-1 league loss to Allegany (Cumberland, MD). The Sentinels record now stands at 10-7.
