New Hampshire High School Baseball - Souhegan nips Concord
May 2, 2025: Amherst, NH 03031 The Souhegan Sabers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Concord Crimson Tide to 2 in the Sabers non-league win on Friday.
The Sabers now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sanborn Regional for a Division II test on Wednesday, May 7. Souhegan will clash with a Indians team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH). The Indians record now stands at 0-6.
With the defeat, Concord drops to 3-8 on the year. The Crimson tide travel to Keene (Keene, NH) to clash with the Blackbirds in a Division I test on Wednesday, May 7. The Blackbirds go into the test with a record of 7-4. Keene won 10-1 in their recent non-league test against Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT)
