Massachusetts High School Baseball - Portsmouth Abbey nips Tabor Academy
May 2, 2025: Marion, MA 02738 The Portsmouth Abbey Ravens baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Tabor Academy Seawolves to 7 in the Ravens non-league win on Friday.
The Ravens now own a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they host Thayer Academy for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Portsmouth Abbey will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 5-3 league win over Middlesex (Concord, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.
With the defeat, Tabor Academy drops to 6-5 on the year. The Seawolves travel to Noble & Greenough (Dedham, MA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Independent School test on Saturday, May 3. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 8-3. Noble & Greenough lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA)
