May 2, 2025: Neptune, NJ 07753 The Neptune Scarlet Fliers lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting J.P. Stevens Hawks to 7 in the Scarlet Fliers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Scarlet Fliers now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Side for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. Neptune will clash with a Red Raiders squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ). The Red Raiders record now stands at 1-12.
With the loss, J.P. Stevens falls to 0-11 on the year. The Hawks travel to North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ) to clash with the North Brunswick Raiders in a Greater Middlesex challenge on Saturday, May 3. The North Brunswick Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 2-9. North Brunswick lost 20-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ)
