In Friday's league match, the host Diman RVT Bengals softball team scored a tight 6-2 win over the Blue Hills RVT Warriors.

The Bengals (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Tri-County RVT (Franklin, MA). The Cougars come into the Mayflower - Large match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Tri-County RVT was routed by Southeastern RVT (South Easton, MA), 3-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Bristol-Plymouth RVT Craftsmen (Taunton, MA) in a Mayflower - Large match, on Monday, May 5. Blue Hills RVT will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Craftsmen come into the match with a 10-1 record after their 19-1 non-league win over Upper Cape Cod RVT (Bourne, MA).
