Heartland Christian Lions (Columbiana, OH) supporters left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Leetonia Bears (Leetonia, OH), 28-11 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Heartland Christian improves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Lions host United (Hanoverton, OH) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, May 8. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a record of 15-5.
