Maryland High School Softball - Thomas Stone bounces Westlake
May 2, 2025: Waldorf, MD 20601 The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD) and the visiting Westlake Wolverines (Waldorf, MD), observed Thomas Stone's softball team prevail over Westlake by a tally of 20-1.
The Cougars (3-9) will now prepare for their bout against Patuxent (Lusby, MD). The Panthers go into the Southern Maryland bout with a 6-9 record. In their last bout, Patuxent knocked off Lackey (Indian Head, MD), 10-2, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the St. Charles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland bout, on Monday, May 5. Westlake will attempt to advance on its 0-13 season record. The go into the bout with a 1-13 record after their 22-1 league loss to North Point (Waldorf, MD).
